How to keep your S.T. Dupont lighter warranty.
Share
The warranty for S.T. Dupont lighters covers a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. It's important to note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use, accidental damage, or problems arising from improper maintenance or use of non-recommended accessories or gas.
Additionally, for any interventions carried out by the S.T. Dupont After-Sales service, they cover parts and labor for a period of 12 months from the date the product leaves their repair workshop. However, for models that are more than 10 years old, replacement parts may no longer be available. In such cases, an alternative solution will be proposed.
It's important to know that the warranty does not cover accidental damages or damages from misuse. To ensure you benefit from the warranty, keeping your original purchase receipt as proof of the date of purchase is advisable.
